Horrible experience! I buy flowers like a bouquet and ask the lady to make it as a beautiful gift in cellophane. She get super annoyed because I want it packed in cellophane and make a horrible packing in cellophane.. additionally she charge me 40 DDK for the cellophane plastic. Horrible experience..

Hi Amar! I’m sorry you left feeling disappointed. Valentine’s Day is one of our busiest days of the year, but I always do my best to give every customer good service. The bouquet was first wrapped as usual, and afterward you asked for additional cellophane wrapping, which I provided. Cellophane is a separate gift material and always comes with an extra charge, which is standard in flower-shops. When you mentioned you were unhappy, I offered to redo or remove the wrapping, but you left before we could resolve it. I truly regret that you were not satisfied, as my goal is always for customers to leave happy. You’re welcome to contact me directly if you’d like to discuss it further.
