For us, this place was exactly what we were looking for! Right in the middle of the Swedish wilderness, directly by the lake and far away from the typical crowded campsites with all the unnecessary extras. We stayed here with our tents and absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for luxury, electricity at every pitch and modern facilities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you want peace and quiet, beautiful nature, swimming, fishing and a real Swedish camping experience, this place is perfect. That’s exactly what makes Wilderness Camping so special. Sitting by the fire in the evening, waking up surrounded by nature and simply switching off from everyday life – that’s exactly why we came to Sweden. We had an amazing time here and will definitely come back! 🇸🇪🏕️🌲

€ 20,- per nacht is vrij veel voor deze afgelegen plek, zonder faciliteiten. Er zijn alleen twee droogtoiletten die logischerwijs stinken, maar wel schoon zijn. De locatie daarentegen is wel erg verlaten en mooi. Het is mooi wandelen en mountainbiken in de omgeving.. zwemmen kan prima in het meer. Kortom; als je hiervan houdt een aanrader, maar er wordt wel teveel geld voor gevraagd.
