Liz is a wonderful therapist. She offers unconditional holding and guides me to find love always at the centre of any pain or difficulty. Liz has helped me navigate some troubled times in my life and by her guidance has shown me how to support myself better in life. I warmly recommend Liz to anyone seeking empathy and wisdom from a warmhearted therapist. 💞

I've had many sessions with Liz, for various health issues, and why she's been my go to for so long is because when you go to her you enter a safe space where it feels absolutely ok to share everything that goes on, without feeling judged or rushed, and I indeed always felt truly heard, something that I rarely experienced at a doctor's office. Then because she's energetically tuning in to my body, and can hear and communicate directly with my body, we get to understand and discover together what's really going on, beyond what I might be experiencing on the surface. It's like having an interpreter so you and your body can finally have a conversation and understand each other. After a session I get home with a clear strategy of what to do for healing and self care and with 100% confidence this is the right thing for me because it's literally what my body asked for.
