Servizio deludente e non conforme a quanto indicato in fase di prenotazione. Nonostante il monitoraggio del volo e il tempo di attesa garantito, l'autista ha inviato continui messaggi con insistenza prima del nostro arrivo. Non si è fatto trovare nella zona Arrivi con il cartello, ma direttamente al parcheggio. Al momento dell'incontro si è lamentato del tempo trascorso e non ha fornito alcuna assistenza con i bagagli, mostrandosi visibilmente scocciato e poco comunicativo per tutto il viaggio. Infine, non ci ha portati davanti all'ingresso della struttura, lasciandoci a piedi a breve distanza. Nel complesso un servizio poco professionale e non all'altezza delle promesse.

Avoid this taxi company – Overpriced & Shady I took a taxi from Arlanda to Sollentuna in an unmarked car operating under "WeRide." Instead of the usual 500–600 SEK fixed rate charged by reputable companies, I was charged over 900 SEK. When I complained, the driver asked if the ride was for "business or private" so he could change the price, and then handed me a fake receipt. On top of the rip-off, the inside of the car was messy and dirty.

This company is completely disorganized and shows no care for customer service, timeliness, or common courtesy. I booked this service over 6 months in advance, confirmed the day before pickup, and STILL they were not able to arrive on time for our airport transfer. The man on the phone was completely rude and disrespectful. I would NOT recommend this service if you like getting to your destinations on time.

Väldigt nöjd med servicen! Hade missat att boka barnstol men kundtjänst och föraren löste det smidigt och snabbt utan extra krångel. Känns som ett seriöst bolag som bryr sig om sina kunder. Kommer definitivt boka här igen nästa gång jag behöver taxi i Stockholm.
