Beautiful Website and an Excellent Creative Team
Webtec created a beautiful, polished, and professional website for DigiCo Global. The quality of the design and overall presentation was excellent, and I was genuinely pleased with the final result.
The team was amazing throughout the creation process. They responded quickly to my requests, communicated well, and worked with me to bring the website together at a very high level. When a recent misunderstanding arose regarding my subscription and they were also willing to work with me toward an amicable resolution, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Webtec’s creative team and the quality of their website design.
Unprofessional they block my website! They promised a website done in 2months! We are 16months after and their is still many many many problem so I block the last payment so they can fixe it instead they block my website!!! I own my website who are you to block it! They are thieves and keep lying.

FYI: We’ve been in continuous contact with Guzel from The Barista Lab. We resolved everything and explained that the site was blocked due to outstanding invoices. He has promised multiple times to remove this review, but after 14 weeks, it’s still here. He says he has lost his password.
Very disappointing experience with WebTec.
What started as a strong sales pitch quickly turned into poor execution. Our “new” website was largely copy-and-paste from the old one, filled with errors and clearly lacking any real quality control. Our team had to spend significant time fixing issues that should never have made it through.
Communication was extremely poor. Responses were slow or nonexistent, and once the site was marked “complete,” they became virtually unreachable—even through their own Basecamp system.
To make matters worse, we were charged additional fees due to delays on their end, and the project ended up costing over $9,000 for what was essentially a rebuild of an existing site. We also continue to be billed monthly with little to no transparency on what those charges cover.
Our IT team identified plugins that created potential security vulnerabilities, which is unacceptable for a professional web company.
Bottom line: strong promises upfront, but poor delivery, lack of accountability, and ongoing billing concerns. Proceed with caution.
Our company utilized Webtec to be able to redesign our website and Bilha Njau and Hans and team was amazing to work with. They did a great job not just on the design but on the communication and updates. The process was smooth and the updates were quick. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing Webtec for your design needs.

There were a few points where communication or follow‑through wasn’t as consistent as we expected, which led to some delays and extra clarification. These issues weren’t major, but they did affect the overall workflow and are the main reason for a 4‑star rating instead of 5.
Even with those gaps, the team remained collaborative, and the final product met our needs. I’d recommend Bilha and her team to business owners looking for a capable web design partner, with the note that more consistent communication would make the experience even stronger.
