Today is 7th day since my xc 60 has been taken to volvo service center. Till today I have not been informed by anyone from volvo aswell as hertz about the problem with my vehicle and ,time frame for repair.Pathetic service. Hertz gave me replacement vehicle . First vehicle needed to be changed as there were technical problem. Second replacement vehicle infotainment system shuts down every 10 minutes stating that it is heated . This shuts down air conditioner aswell as all electrically connected apps of car. How am I supposed to drive. I am very very disappointed with the service of volvo and hertz. Volvo and hertz have given me tremendous amount of stress. I am fed up with this. Every time I call customer care they tell me some one will call me back, but no one calls . This has been happening for last 7 days. I am definitely going to write an article about this issue and publish it. I am also forwarding this email to volvo international . I am almost on the verge of terminating the contract I want urgent solution to this problem and urgent reply from those concerned. Sincerely Dr Sarang Pabalkar
