The Tourist Info Center at Djurgarden was a perfect place to get info about the Museum Island. Ms Nanni was so helpful, kind & accommodating when we visited yesterday Tuesday Oct 20. She gave us recommendations for lunch (at SpiritMuseum restaurant 👌), best way to explore the Vasa Museum 👍🏼, and even kindly help my wife with her foot problem 🙏🏼.

Are you new in Stockholm? Then go rent a bike at this place. It’s the perfect starting point to visit the great island of Djirgården. This visitor center is highly underrated. And even cheap. 100SEK for 1 hour. Take advantage of a sunny day and plan at least 4 hours to fully cover the island.

We rented bikes here to cycle around the island which was excellent, super comfortable and a very fair price. Nanni was friendly and extremely helpful, they also gave a few recommendations for us to try! Glad we popped in.

This is a review of the bicycles for rent at the visitor center. Not recommended as they are very worn and lack roll or ease of pedaling. Also too expensive at 35 dolkars for a few hours of avoidable discomfort. Does Djurgården not have the finances to provide decent bicycles? If you visit, notice how almost no bikes are out for rent? Seems like peple have learned to avoid 🧐

A ride around Djurgården should feel easy, enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons. Our bicycles are serviced regularly, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can give the bicycle an extra check.
