They are supposed to open at 11 on a Saturday, it's posted in the door but still closed just before 12. We walked half an hour in train to get to this store. It's not cool, they obviously don't value their customers because I can see other reviews with the same issue.

Hello Marie, so sorry! As we said on a previous comment, we always try to stay open during regular opening hours but as a small business it’s unfortunately not always possible, like today when we have maintenance in the store. If we’re unable to keep the store open we always post it on our instagram so it’s always a good idea to check in over there <3 Hope you’ll visit us another time.
They don't respect their opening hours: we arrived at noon on Saturday and it was closed despite the information on the door. We have better things to do than waste an hour. Unprofessional.

We understand that it’s frustrating to arrive and find the shop closed, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. </3 We always aim to be open during our opening hours, but as a small business, there may occasionally be circumstances that mean we have to close unexpectedly. Whenever this happens, we always post an update on our Instagram to let our customers know. We really hope to welcome you another time!
