The raft building is a excellent experience. The entire family enjoyed it. We had our own camping equipment but the tents etc that we saw provided to other families looked really good. Good instructions during the building of the raft.

We booked a trip and clicked the wrong date - even though we contacted the company about the error immediately a 750 SEK rebooking fee was put on our booking. Poor service - do not book at this company.

Haben hier als Familie unser Floß gebaut und sind 4Tage auf dem Klarälven gefahren. Anstrengend aber eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Vom Vildmarkteam gab's gute Einweisung und Unterstützung. Vielen Dank nochmal.

10/10 – Fantastic Adventure and Excellent Service We completed the 5-day Bergslagen canoe expedition with Canoe Tours in Bergslagen and had an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The team were fantastic throughout. The equipment provided was excellent quality, and all dry bags were included, which meant our gear stayed completely dry for the entire trip (except for one canoe occupant who managed to capsize – but that was definitely user error rather than an equipment issue!). The customer service was outstanding. We discovered a hole in one of our canoes during the trip, and after contacting the team they drove a replacement canoe out to us immediately. That level of support in such a remote area was incredibly impressive and meant our trip continued with minimal disruption. The route itself was beautiful, taking us through remote lakes, forests and wilderness areas with some excellent camping spots along the way. If you’re planning the trip, make sure to bring a fishing rod as there are some fantastic fishing opportunities throughout the route. Our original itinerary was the 5-day expedition, but due to our flight arrival and departure times we completed it in around 2½ days. It was definitely possible, but it made for some long and challenging days on the water and over the portages. I’d recommend taking the full 5 days if your schedule allows so you can properly enjoy the scenery and campsites. For anyone interested in the distances, our route covered approximately 52 km in total: * Day 1: 3.1 km paddling, 0.1 km portage * Day 2: 11.6 km paddling, 3.1 km portage * Day 3: 5.0 km paddling, 2.6 km portage * Day 4: 12.6 km paddling, 10.4 km portage * Day 5: 3.5 km paddling, no portages Overall, I couldn’t recommend Canoe Tours in Bergslagen more highly. Great equipment, excellent support, beautiful scenery, well-maintained campsites, and an unforgettable adventure. We’ll definitely be back (maybe for an easier tour!)
