We have now been working with Verendus since the beginning of the year. Having worked with several other software systems over the years for the caravan industry, this by far has been the best fit for our company. The onboarding process was easy and went smoothly, with plenty of training to help guide us through the new system (including unscheduled phone calls which they were happy to take). The system is simple and easy to use for all staff members, including those who don't work well with technology. The sales module is easy to follow and great for calculating deals, giving the sales team the freedom to be able to deal independently within the boundaries set by us. The workshop module has a great calendar feature which shows the hours of work booked and helps to make our service department more efficient. The support from the team at Verendus has been brilliant, they always come back quickly with solutions for any issues we come across. They are always eager to learn more about our industry and how we work and are happy to take feedback with how to make their systems better, more user friendly and even more efficient than they already are. Overall, we are delighted to have made the move to Verendus and would highly recommend them to anyone considering using their software.
