Very easy process and the lady was super helpful. Picnic was worth the price I would recommend to try it. Also make sure to look around the shop they had beautiful things, I wish I had more room in my luggage!

Great shop, highly recommend doing the e-bike if you are on the fence about it. My girlfriend got it and I didn’t and I was jealous the entire time.
