I have visited this currency exchange twice so far – once on my own and once with a friend. During my first visit, I showed a young gentleman the bank account details and the amount I wanted to transfer. He filled out all the necessary paperwork for me within about two minutes, and the whole process finished no more than five minutes. On my second visit, when I was there with my friend, I showed the same bank account details to a young brown-haired lady. Instead of filling out, she handed me a blank Swedish bank transfer form and asked me to fill it out by myself. Since I haven’t been living in this country for very long, I would have really appreciated some kind assistance and being spared 20 minutes of unnecessary struggle. P.S. If I meet the same colleague again in the future and she is more helpful and friendly, I would be happy to update my review.
