//Complete Lack of Customer Service// I ordered a designer leather jacket online from Belgium, and after only a short period of wear, the leather began cracking and deteriorating. Clearly a serious quality issue, and while Vallgatan 12 may not be responsible for the manufacturing defect itself, they are responsible for addressing it. Unfortunately, despite sending multiple emails requesting a resolution or compensation, I have received no response whatsoever. For a retailer selling designer products at this price point, I find the lack of customer service particularly disappointing.

I ordered a designer leather jacket online from Belgium, and after only a short period of wear, the leather began cracking and deteriorating. Clearly a serious quality issue, and while Vallgatan 12 may not be responsible for the manufacturing defect itself, they are responsible for addressing it. Unfortunately, despite sending multiple emails requesting a resolution or compensation, I have received no response whatsoever. For a retailer selling designer products at this price point, I find the lack of customer service particularly disappointing.

super cool brands and a lot of scandi brands!! This store has everything from shoes, to clothes, to accessories and home ware☺️ perfect if you wanna treat yourself or buy a special gift! One thing I didn’t like was that not all available sizes were displayed on the shop floor, so you had to ask a sales assistant for them. In this case, I would have appreciated it if the staff had been more attentive and regularly walked around the store to offer assistance.

Väldigt dålig köpupplevelse.

Väldigt dålig köpupplevelse. Jag lade en order som senare makulerades på grund av att varan tydligen inte fanns i lager, trots att den gick att köpa på hemsidan. Det kan såklart hända lagerfel, men hanteringen efteråt har varit riktigt dålig. Jag fick information om att återbetalningen skulle ske inom 3–4 arbetsdagar, men pengarna syntes fortfarande inte efter den tiden. Ingen proaktiv återkoppling kom från företaget när återbetalningen drog ut på tiden, utan jag behövde själv följa upp igen. Nu hänvisar Vallgatan istället att jag själv skall kontakta Klarna istället för att själva ta ansvar för återbetalningen. Som kund känns det oseriöst att först få köpa en vara som inte verkar finnas i lager och sedan behöva jaga återbetalningen själv. Jag kommer inte att handla här igen.

Very disappointing experience. On the promotion day, the staff gave me the wrong color item. When I returned the next day to exchange it for the correct color, I was told I had to pay the 20% price difference.
