Jag har beställt ett par skor och en tygbit, och nu har två arbetsdagar gått utan att ni har skickat min beställning. Igår skrev jag till er ni sa att ni skulle skicka idag. Idag skrev jag igen ni sa att det skulle skickas idag, men det har fortfarande inte skickats.
Försöker ni göra människor till åtlöje? Jag accepterar aldrig sådan respektlöshet!
Jag förstår inte varför ni ger löften om saker ni inte kan hålla och sätter människor i svåra situationer.
Ni lovade leverans till Polen inom 2–4 arbetsdagar, och det står även så på er hemsida!
Om ni inte ens kan skicka ett par skor och en tygbit inom 1–2 dagar, då bryr sig verkligen ingen på ert företag om sitt arbete.
"Om det tar tre arbetsdagar att skicka ett enda par skor från ett så stort företag, då måste det vara pinsamt för er."
The quality of the shoes is not good. I used them only one day and they are broken. And when I contacted them, they told me it is not due to production failure, so I cannot get them refunded 100%. They should take their responsibility for the quality of their shoes! Will never buy shoes from this brand in the future.
Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with Vagabond. It's not about the product itself, as I haven't received the item from them for a year now. I ordered a pair of shoes from Vagabond in August 2022, but to this day, I haven't received either the shoes or a refund. They claim that the product was lost during delivery. I'm very sorry to say that the delivery company appointed by Vagabond is not held accountable for their negligence, and the customer ultimately gets nothing for their money. After several months, I managed to obtain a refund of approximately 11,000 HUF instead of the paid amount of around 40,000 HUF, but they haven't even sent that to me for two and a half months. According to their claim, the refund process takes 1-2 weeks. The correspondence with them is still ongoing. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I bought a pair of boots online from their website in December. they sent me a pair of boots with problems. I contacted them, it is very difficult to answer emails because they are busy (so they say). They told me that they will send me another pair from the warehouse that will be checked to make sure there are no problems. I sent the boots and I waited almost a month for them to register, then they sent me another pair of boots that had problems. This company, which claims to be a respectable company, sent me two pairs of defective boots... . their answer was only that they apologize. My money was blocked and is blocked with them and I have no shoes. I don't recommend, stay away from them... they are not serious and the products are not good.
Poor customer service and poor shoe quality!
I bought beautiful leather sandals for over 100€ from Vagabonds German online store. Unfortunately, they broke within a month, so they were no longer usable. The sole came completely loose from the shoe. When I contacted their customer service and included some proof photos, it took a few weeks and several emails for them to tell me that I should have the shoes repaired myself. They would only cover the cost if it was under 30€. That's not a very pleasant answer, and under German law they would actually have to pay the full repair amount.
I took the shoes to my local shoemaker, had them repaired and sent the receipt to Vagabond. They told me the refund was already on its way. Now a month has passed, the money is still not in my account, and they don't bother to respond to my emails.
Very disappointing experience!!! Won't be buying again!
