I had an issue with my car and decided to visit Ad Bilverkstad Däck Tvätt to get it fixed. The first time, I spent 1500 Swedish krona in the hopes of resolving the problem, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. The strange sound in my car remained unchanged. Undeterred, I returned for a second visit, during which they thoroughly inspected and even lifted my car to diagnose the problem comprehensively. This time, I ended up spending 4000 and 500 Swedish krona in addition to the initial 1500, but to my disappointment, the problem persisted. For the third attempt, I reluctantly spent an additional 1000 and 200 Swedish krona, hoping this would finally resolve the persistent sound issue. However, despite their efforts, the problem still persisted. It was disheartening to hear that they considered this issue "normal" and advised me to live with it. I must mention that the staff at Ad Bilverkstad Däck Tvätt were friendly and had a great attitude. However, my overall experience was marred by the inability to resolve the problem, and I'm not satisfied with the service provided. In general, I cannot recommend this place for complex car issues. If you only need minor maintenance like oil changes and brake fixes, it might be a suitable option. Still, for more intricate diagnoses and substantial repairs, I would advise looking elsewhere. One more star for the friendly staff though! 2 out of 5 is a fair rate I believe…

I changed the clutch disk and main cylinder there. The work was done disgustingly. One bolt at the gearbox wasn't tightened at all, Two bolts are missing. The electrical socket wasn't connected to the gearbox speed sensor. The crack with oil leakage appeared at the bottom of the gearbox like it was fallen. The gearbox oil was leakage from booth drive shaft seals, but they told me that they changed it as well. Some plastic tubes weren't placed on the clamps. If you don't want to spend your time and money without result it's better to find another service!
