An amazing place to eat, hang out with friends, and meet people . Relaxed atmosphere and good food with the characteristic Swedish touch. The hotel is super quiet because it's underground. It's also very safe, which is an important point. And you can have a free coffee or tea at any time. The service is a 10 and the staff is super friendly. It was truly a very pleasant experience.

The shakshuka was served with a raw egg, the egg white was still raw, transparent and gloopy… and the waiter questioned me and I got no apology. The bowl it was served in was cold, the sauce lukewarm, the onions chunky and undercooked, the tomatoes like chunky tin tomatoes with no spice, no paprika flavour, the feta crumbled on top and cold… this dish was not baked in an oven, it was not a real shakshuka. They remade it for me and the egg was cooked this time with a runny yoke as it should be but felt like it was assembled separately as the sauce was not warm enough, it wasn’t baked in one dish and the cheese still cold on top. Also only one egg, instead of a few eggs baked in a sauce in a hotpot… The Gf version came with seedy crackers instead of pita, which you lose the point of dipping bread in the sauce. The service was arrogant and defensive. The menu doesn’t state what the GF options are. The staff didn’t know if it came with Gf bread or not, I just got given the crackers. I would have ordered another dish if I knew how bad it would be. The concept of the place is cool and I know it from when they opened the original place in Söder but this location was at Sveavägen which looks nice but cold temperatures inside, and cold customer service and cold inauthentic food. Look up how to make Shakshuka. It wasn’t worth the price at all. Disappointing.

Très déçu par notre expérience ce soir. Tout commence par un accueil très moyen : il a fallu chercher le serveur pour être accueillis, puis, une fois installés, attendre encore un bon moment avant de pouvoir commander. J’ai choisi les crevettes fumées avec toast : une véritable déception, loin d’être à la hauteur. Les crevettes étaient de qualité très médiocre, tant au niveau du goût que de la fraîcheur ressentie. Ma femme avait opté pour le tartare de saumon (ou de truite), qui, de son côté, était correct. Autre déception : impossible d’accéder au rooftop, celui-ci étant privatisé pour un groupe. À quoi bon mettre en avant cet équipement lors de la réservation de l’hôtel si les clients ne peuvent finalement pas en profiter ? Je reviendrai également sur le petit-déjeuner demain, car celui de ce matin ne m’a pas davantage convaincu, sans parler une nouvelle fois de la qualité de l’accueil. Au regard du prix et des prestations annoncées, l’expérience est pour l’instant très décevante..
