Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Unser Gepäck ist nicht mitgekommen, beim Flug. Und wir haben Decken und Kissen bekommen, damit wir die Nacht nicht erfrieren. Alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir würden immer wieder unseren Camper hier buchen :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 17 Days & 4,000 km Scandinavian Motorhome Road Trip We had an amazing 17-day motorhome adventure with Touring Cars Stockholm, covering around 4,000 km through Sweden and northern Scandinavia. We travelled north using one route and returned south using different roads, which allowed us to experience many different landscapes and parts of Scandinavia along the way. From beautiful forests and countless lakes to the Arctic landscapes of Abisko, Kiruna and Lofoten, every part of the journey had something special to offer. One of the highlights of our trip was stopping in Storuman, where we were lucky enough to see and photograph the Northern Lights. On our way back from Storuman, we also had a memorable encounter when we almost came across a moose on the road — thankfully we managed to avoid it safely! It was definitely a reminder that we were truly travelling through the wild Scandinavian countryside. Throughout the trip, we had quite a few small questions, especially as this was our first time travelling such a long distance by motorhome. The Service Team was always patient and never seemed bothered by our many questions. Their replies were clear, helpful and reassuring, and we were very satisfied with the support and explanations we received. We did have a small vehicle issue during the trip, but what really impressed us was how the Touring Cars team handled it. They helped arrange the inspection and repair, and followed up with us even after we had returned the motorhome. A special thanks to Mr. Erik, Mr. Aaron, and all the staff at Touring Cars Stockholm for their patience, professionalism and excellent service throughout our rental. Your support gave us peace of mind and made a real difference to our journey. Thank you so much to Mr Douglas Hunter for your assistance and for following up reimbursement. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and created so many unforgettable memories during our 17 days on the road. Thank you, Touring Cars Stockholm, for being part of such a memorable 4,000 km Scandinavian adventure. We would definitely rent from you again!

I've read some of the negative Google reviews and I strongly disagree with all of them – especially regarding the staff and the overall experience. Right upon arrival we were greeted by Aaron, and later by Cam. Both were extremely friendly and forthcoming – you could really tell they had our best interests at heart. They helped us set everything up in the camper, and while we were inspecting the interior, Aaron made sure to thoroughly test everything (electricity, sink, etc.) so that nothing would be missed. That's when we noticed the sink wasn't working. Aaron immediately sprang into action and got us a new one from a different camper. Afterwards, Cam helped us finish setting up and cleaned the interior again once Aaron's work was done. We truly felt that everything was taken care of and that customer satisfaction was the staff's top priority. Some people complain that you have to check the roof and the vehicle yourself for damages. I don't see why that's an issue – it's completely normal at any car rental. On the contrary, I found it reassuring that the staff encouraged us to do so, and even insisted that I film the entire vehicle and take pictures of anything that looked even slightly out of the ordinary. That creates transparency for both sides. Our experience on the road was also excellent! We had a few hiccups here and there (got stuck once, an oil change, a heat issue), and the 24/7 roadside assistance was always available! If they didn't pick up on the first ring, they called back immediately. The roadside assistance was incredibly helpful – they even FaceTimed us to get a proper view of the situation. As a result, not a single issue took longer than 10–15 minutes to resolve, so we were quickly back on the road and able to enjoy our trip! The return of the camper went very smoothly and exactly as described in the return email – it took about an hour in total. Yes, Touring Cars might be a bit more expensive than, for example, RoadSurfer. But the small difference is more than made up for in service and overall customer satisfaction! A company where the customer is truly the priority – unfortunately not very common nowadays. All in all, we had an amazing experience with Touring Cars Stockholm, and we will definitely book our next adventure with them as well!

Very very good service, super guidance along the way and very nice people. I would highly recommand hiring from touringcars stockholm. Nothing is to much for this team. Amazing! We had a blast is Sweden.

Navetta dall'aeroporto inclusa, accoglienza dello staff nella nostra lingua madre(italiano), controllo del veicolo accurato e zero stress. Alla partenza ci è stato fornito un kit iniziale con tutto l'occorrente per iniziare il viaggio ( carta igienica, sapone per piatti, spugna ecc ecc) Il veicolo fornito è stato un papillon Citroen da 6 metri con 14000km tot. Su 2600km il consumo medio è stato di 16km al litro. Ottima guidabilità e con tutto il necessario a bordo per due persone. Forse un po' scomodo/faticoso lo scarico acque del wc eventualmente per anziani o persone minute ma basta svuotarlo spesso e il problema non sussiste. Fornello sia a gas che elettrico e riscaldamento acqua e ambiente a diesel, nessun consumo eccessivo rivlevato. Svezia posto ideale per girare in camper, un sacco di piazzole e campeggia attrezzati, la pulizia generale non delle migliori ma considerando i paesaggi e le strade che offre si può chiudere un occhio. Check out come il check in, gentili, disponibili e zero stress. Se tornerò in Svezia sicuramente passerò da Antonella ed Erik di Touring Cars. 👋🏻
