Mycket bra.

Headline: Terrible customer service and a butchered haircut—avoid this place. I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. Initially, I was paired with a patient barber who actually listened to exactly what I wanted and took his time. Unfortunately, the owner interrupted the session. He aggressively and angrily yelled at the barber just for following my instructions. The owner then snatched the tools out of the barber's hands and took over the haircut himself. The result was awful. The owner cut my hair horribly. To make matters worse, he shaved/trimmed my eyebrows without even asking for my permission, casually claiming they were "too long." I left the salon completely unsatisfied, hating my haircut, and shocked by the owner's hostile behavior toward both his staff and his customers. If you want a barber who listens to you and respects your boundaries, do not come here. The owner is unprofessional and does not care about what the customer actually asks for.
