Be warned about Thule products. We bought a Thule Coaster 2 XT, but within a year, it suddenly came loose while my child was sitting in it. We were cycling on a road with cars at the time. Luckily, my child alerted us, allowing us to stop in time, but I dread to think what would have happened if it had completely detached. We reported this immediately. Because this concerns the safety of a child, you assume it will be taken seriously. You expect Thule to contact you to investigate the issue and improve their product. Instead, we heard absolutely nothing from them: no email, no phone call, no apology whatsoever. Only after three months did we receive a small, random spare part in the mail, completely out of the blue. We don't even understand what we are supposed to do with it. We are entitled to a proper warranty, but honestly, I don't even care about that anymore. I am absolutely appalled that Thule apparently cares so little about the safety of children. An absolute disgrace.

Sitter i telefonkö 27 minuter och när jag kommer fram blir jag kopplad till kundtjänst som meddelar att det är stängt.(stängde 15,00 för 2 minuter sedan) 🤬😡

At et så stort firma ikke gir support over telefon til kunder med bobil og campingvogn er meget arrogant spesielt når man henvises til forhandlere som i mitt tilfelle har mangelfull kjennskap. Når da størrelse guide ikke gir rette svar så kommer man ikke langt 🥵

Dear PR Manager, Just want to feedback why I am switching to another brand since been a loyal Thule customer and owned most of your series throughout the years. A. My Thule backpack start to flake and it was just few years after my purchase, regardless how much I will love to carry it but it stain the clothing badly. Then your service center announced that flaking backpack is not covered under warranty and there is no way to service it. B.. Hoping to give Thule one last try as it was once the best backpack I ever owned. So bought this online : THULE SUBTERRA 2 BACKPACK 27L - DARK SLATE. The strap was uncomfortable and does not give the quality it used to have. That was the last straw In additional, we will be sharing on social media on the significant drop in quality and service level. There are better option out there.
