Room was clean and equip with kitchen facilities. Bed was rather soft, but pillows were a bit too small size. Bathroom is big compared to many other European hotel rooms. Guests are to dispose trash from their room when check out.

I got bitten by bed bugs during my stay at the Nooq. Some of the onsite staff is very friendly. However, the communication with the hotel manager was very frustrating. Out of "goodwill" the hotel refunded one night of the stay (not sure if the bed bugs stuck to this "goodwill" too). If you like to have an encounter with bedbugs and afterward the feeling of "it is your fault" from the hotel I can only recommend a stay there. If you like to remember oither things from Lund than bedbug-bites - avoid :)

We stayed in this hotel for a whole week and we enjoyed every day. The rooms (at least the one we were given) are large, modern and clean. The toilet with the walk-in-shower was also comfortable. There is a basic but adequate kitchen bar with a small stove, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, sink and even a dishwasher. What impressed us most was their strict (but necessary) recycling policy. There were three separate bins and a fourth paper bag for all our waste. The location of the hotel was excellent because it's just 5-6 minutes walk from the cathedral and 10-12 from the train station. We did all our visits on foot although renting a bicycle is also a good option as Lund is basically a flat region. The breakfast was remarkable: not huge with endless rows of rubbish stuff, but fewer and very carefully selected treats. That's exactly how we like to eat breakfast at hotels and I wish more hotels adopt this philosophy. The service was typical Swedish: friendly, polite and efficient. The prices were also Swedish : a bit on the expensive side, at least for us being southern Europeans! Definitely recommended and will be back asap.

Bra rum men blev lurad på parkering bokad via hotellet. Trots att nästa gäst inte checkar in förrän 16, tvingades jag flytta bilen kl 12. Uselt!
