Focus on what customer is writing you as feedback and try to improve, rather monitoring them from your CCTV and writing false response.

Ordered the chicken biryani 4 days ago and it was absolutely terrible. Taking this as constructive feedback: the owner seems completely unaware of how the food is actually being made and is just good at talking. Please focus on the kitchen's quality control rather than just making excuses

Ordered the tikka pizza 4 days ago and it was an absolute disaster. Taking this as constructive criticism: the owner is completely clueless about how awful the food actually is and only knows how to talk big. Stop making pathetic excuses and fix your kitchen's garbage quality control.
