Such a beautiful space that‘s it‘s hard to find words for! Best you experience it hehe :)
Let’s start with the „outside“: All the interieur - from the props to the coffee cups - are picked with so much love and compassion. The perfect support to feel safe and at home to experience and simply be yourself. And all of this continues to the „inside“: the teachers and classes. Just a pure blessing!
The Feels is such an important space in this time, we need more of it! Thank you so much for creating it <3333
A wonderful cozy studio that feels like home. Beautifully decorated, with warm lights to relax and get cozy. The kitchen corner is very useful and comfortable, since you can prepare the tea by yourself. The teachers are simply the best, professional, honest and passionate to pass all their knowledge with care, commitment and gentleness. The props are also fantastic: bolsters, eye pillows and more, to really dive into the calmness of the space. Just come and enjoy it! ❤️
The Feels is such a lovely space, with so much thought and care put into every little detail. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. 🤍
I joined a Pilates class with Satu and spent five days here for the Depth Training. What stayed with me most was the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuine sense of community.

I was here for a teacher training it was so filled with knowledge & deep practices and lots of belly laughter.
The Feels studio feels joyful, welcoming and playful. Love the options from Embodied yin to energetic Shake the Dust. Will be coming back whenever visiting Stockholm 😍 And hopefully one day also some teachers’ training ✨
Really happy to have found this space, the classes are great, the people are thoughtful and, for someone not so proficient in Swedish, the classes are in English!!!
Have been here through the soft launch, tried a bunch of their classes and several teachers, and all have been great.
