Väldigt god spicy miso buljong. Helt ok pris och bra portioner. Mycket god chashu. Nudlarna är inte de allra bästa jag har haft i denna stadsdel så stannar vid en 4a men en mycket god ramen som man inte blir missnöjd av. Kan rekommendera.

Spicy miso och chashu är två saker vi lägger mycket kärlek på, så det är kul att båda gick hem hos dig, Robin. Att nudlarna inte riktigt nådde ända fram för dig är en ärlig synpunkt som vi lyssnar på. Det vore roligt att få laga en skål till åt dig när ramensuget slår till igen.

The food was good, but unfortunately, the service really ruined the experience.
The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Whenever I wanted to ask a question, I was simply told to check the QR code menu. One of the menu items had already sold out, but it was still listed on the board. When I asked about it, the staff told me to check the QR code, even though the item wasn’t listed there either. So I had to ask again, only to be met with an annoyed expression and a blunt “It’s sold out.” A simple, polite explanation would have been enough, such as letting me know that if it wasn’t available on the QR code menu, it was sold out.
The food tasted good, but the prices felt unreasonably high for what you actually get. The portions were not worth the money, and honestly, if customers are expected to do almost everything themselves, I’m not sure what the service charge is really for.
I understand that this is a modern concept where you order and pay immediately through a QR code, and I actually think the system itself is well designed. However, that doesn’t mean customer service should disappear completely. Sometimes, customers still want to ask a question, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The staff could really benefit from being more polite, approachable, and willing to smile. The annoyed facial expressions and dismissive attitude made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions.
Good food is important, but the overall dining experience matters just as much. Unfortunately, despite the food being decent, this was not an enjoyable dining experience at all. I left feeling disappointed, and I wouldn’t want to return just for the food when the service makes the entire experience so unpleasant.

I may have had too high expectations, but I wasn't wow-ed by the food. The shio ramen was a little too salty and fatty, the pork wasn't as tender as I'd hoped (could also be a preference), the noodles had a good chew though. I was surprised to see the plastic spoon and non-reusable chopsticks. I think for the price, I expected a deeper flavor. It's worth a try, but is not gonna be my go-to in the city. The atmosphere is pretty cozy however.

Really solid place. The Miso Ramen here is incredible, easily the best in town. If you get the Tantanmen, I’d recommend going for the less spicy version unless you really love heat. Even though it gets pretty packed, the Japanese ramen-bar vibe makes for a great experience.

It deserves much more
Portion are generous ( 3 slides of pork - ve et y often it’s only one )
It’s really good
Not possible to book
