I’m very disappointed with my experience with Teenage Engineering. My friend gave me an OB-4 as a gift, and unfortunately, the speaker stopped working properly almost immediately. We are now trying to arrange a replacement, but despite sending several emails, we have not received a response from the company. I understand that technical issues can happen, even with premium products. What is much more frustrating is the lack of communication and support when trying to resolve the problem. I really like the design and concept of Teenage Engineering products, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope the company will improve its customer support and get back to us regarding the replacement. At this point, I cannot recommend the brand based on my experience with its after-sales service.

Ok. Boutique alert. This brand is just amazing. Customer Service is outstanding, the tools they provide are magical and their designs are truly a thing of wonder. Yes, it’s a pricey brand. No, you won’t go wrong with them. From the accessories all the way up to their most exclusive gears, they took the bad vibes out of the most hipstery things and turned them into magically designed tools with quirks and logical thinking. Love them, hate them…you decide. But I’d rather live in a pricey magical world than into a decadent, cheap landfill of a society. TE is magic. Period.
