My Lenovo laptop gave up on me during a lecture. Studying at university during exam season without a laptop simply doesn’t add up, so my stress levels spiked. I trusted Google reviews and visited Techno House Fix. When I reported the problem, they listened carefully and gave expert advice on how they could solve it and what the estimated cost would be. I even had the luxury of getting the laptop fixed on the spot within an hour! The technician tried three different BIOS versions he already had on hand before explaining that my laptop needed the exact BIOS/motherboard component ordered specifically for my model. He informed me clearly about the cost before continuing, and with my approval he went ahead and fixed everything. Throughout the whole process he was calm, honest, and transparent about every step and every cost involved. High-level problem solving on the spot, trustworthy expert service, and genuine integrity. I especially appreciated his comment: “If you come to me, you don’t need to buy a new computer.” That kind of confidence and honesty is rare — and incredibly reassuring.

Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and wonderful review! 🌟 I know exactly how stressful it is to have your laptop suddenly die right in the middle of a lecture, especially during exam season! Getting you back to your studies as quickly as possible was my top priority. Dealing with BIOS and motherboard issues requires precision. While we always try the immediate solutions first, I’m glad we could quickly identify the exact component your specific Lenovo model needed to bring it fully back to life. Being calm, transparent about costs, and explaining the process to you before proceeding is simply how we believe every repair should be handled at Techno House Fix. "If you come to me, you don’t need to buy a new computer" – I truly mean that! We are passionate about saving devices and saving our customers from unnecessary expenses. Thank you for trusting us with your laptop. Best of luck with your exams, and you are always warmly welcome back if you ever need tech support in the future! 💻🎓✨ Best regards, Mohammad & The Techno House Fix Team #TechnoHouseFix #LenovoRepair #Gothenburg #Göteborg #BiosRepair #MotherboardRepair #StudentLife #HonestTech #RightToRepair #HappyCustomer
Best technician I've been to. Truly very few technicians I've worked with are this detailed with their explanations and fair in prices and consumer rights. I brought a laptop that seemed like it was dead and it turned out a previous technician did a sketchy job to "fix" it previously, which resulted in the motherboard actually dying. The kind person in the store explained the situation in detail and gave enough detail for us to make a decision on the next steps to take. We bought a used motherboard in eBay and although it took quite a while to make it work, he didn't give up and kept trying different things until it worked. Saved me quite some money by reviving this laptop and I owe that to his good service and dedication. Plus, the price for diagnosing the problem and replacing/making the mother board work, was pretty fair. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind and detailed review! 🌟 Hearing that I am the best technician you’ve been to is the ultimate compliment! Dealing with a laptop that was mishandled by a previous repair can be very frustrating, but I’m so glad we could get to the bottom of the motherboard issue together. Getting that used eBay replacement board to work was definitely a challenge, but at Techno House Fix, we don’t give up easily! Taking the time to explain the problem clearly, respecting consumer rights, and offering fair pricing is exactly how I believe every repair shop should operate. I’m thrilled we could revive your laptop and save you from having to buy a brand new one. Thank you for your patience, your trust, and this 10/10 recommendation! You are always warmly welcome back whenever you need tech support in the future. 💻🔧✨ Best regards, Mohammad & The Techno House Fix Team #TechnoHouseFix #LaptopRepair #MotherboardRepair #Gothenburg #Göteborg #HonestTech #FairPricing #ProblemSolver #HappyCustomer #TechSupport
I took my Microsoft Surface 5 to this repair shop after it suffered water damage. I was initially told that replacing the screen could cost around 3,000–5,000 SEK. However, instead of simply going ahead with the repair, they gave me honest and expert advice to wait a couple of days and let the water drain and the laptop dry out. And it worked, I didn’t need to replace the screen after all! Thank you for giving me the right advice rather than charging me for an unnecessary repair. Highly recommend!
