Poor ATS, always ongoing issues, support team is super responsive but are never able to resolve any of the issues. Things also constantly get changed/moved. Even when things work...pls TT just leave things alone! Interface is messy with different font types etc. Search function is rubbish and can you believe that the candidate's address, which should be one of the main unique identifiers, cant be captured. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Terrible experience as an applicant. After submitting the application I received an error page (500). All the work lost, and when I completed the application for a second time I received a notification stating that I'd already applied for the role. I don't know if my application has been processed or not. Very poor.

Better than most ATS's out there. However - Why create a template for something to save time when the software glitches and you lose both your time and the template completely? Should offer a refund to recover lost wages for the amount of time spent re-doing work. We've been with TT for over 3 years now, we were accommodating/patient in the early stages. However, it is now time to look elsewhere.
