We are disappointed to read your review, as we feel that we have explained this situation several times. First, our noodle dishes do not normally include an egg, as clearly shown on our menu. When you order an extra egg, you receive one whole egg. This has been our policy since we opened. We have explained this to you before, and we believed that the situation was clear. During your first visit, there were two whole eggs on each noodle dish. This can happen when ordering through our menu system if you select a noodle dish with an extra egg and then repeat the process to order a second portion. The system will register two noodle dishes, each with two extra eggs. If you want to order two portions of noodles with one extra egg each, you only need to change the quantity of that combination to two. We tried to explain how the ordering system works, so it is disappointing that there still seems to be a misunderstanding. During your fourth visit, you told us that you had ordered one extra egg but had received only half an egg. After looking at the photo you showed us, we agreed that this was a mistake on our side and provided compensation at the time. We also explained that one extra egg means one whole egg. On that occasion, you had ordered a noodle dish with an extra egg, so your dish already included one whole egg as the topping. During your most recent visit with your son, you also ordered an extra egg, and we served one whole egg, as usual. We acknowledge that we may have made a mistake during your fourth visit. However, we addressed the issue, provided compensation, and explained our policy several times. Apart from that incident, our portion sizes and serving policy have remained the same and are consistent. We have made every effort to explain the situation and resolve the issue fairly. It is therefore disappointing to receive a one-star review despite these efforts, especially when the same misunderstanding seems to continue. We always try to treat our customers fairly and provide consistent portions. We hope this clarifies the situation.
