Had a slight issue, due to twisting the cog too far. Had an answer back within a day and it helped!

I have a Hyundai i20 whose armrest is from Sydmeko Industri AB. I put some covers on the seats and disassembled the support without any problems, but after 4 years when removing the covers, I dropped the armrest and a fitting broke. It was like new and I was quite upset. I saw which company it was and it was Sydmeko Industri AB, I contacted the company. When they realized what had happened, they said they would send me the parts free of charge, having to pay only the postage. The part was no longer under warranty and even so they had this very nice gesture. The world would be a much better place with more companies and people like this. Thank you Mats Harde.
