Very disappointing service. We ordered drinks here and politely asked the male staff member if we could use the restroom. He simply told us there was no restroom. When we asked if he knew where we could find one nearby, he just said he didn't know and showed no willingness to help. What made the experience worse was the attitude throughout the service. We were still sitting inside the shop when our drinks were ready, but instead of letting us know or bringing them over, he simply reached out from behind the counter with the drinks without saying anything. I don't expect exceptional service from a bubble tea shop, but basic politeness and a more welcoming attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the whole interaction felt cold and unfriendly.

Lovely store with delicious boba tea and more! I'm a regular here and no matter how many drinks I try, I always like all of them (though my favourite is the Brown sugar creme brule). Highly recommend! The service can be a bit slow since there are very few people working there and it's almost always busy, but it's worth the wait!
