I am very disappointed with the service provided by the real estate agent and the office manager in Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Sollentuna.. As an international buyer, I experienced poor communication, delayed follow-up, and a lack of clear and official written correspondence throughout the property transaction. My interaction with the office manager was particularly concerning. While I remained calm and simply tried to explain my situation, I found her communication aggressive and unnecessarily confrontational. I also felt uncomfortable with the reluctance to communicate in English, despite the fact that I was purchasing the property as an international client. This was both surprising and unprofessional, especially from someone in a leadership position. Although the office manager later sent a polite email, it did not change my overall impression of the experience. I believe both the real estate agent and the office manager would benefit from improving their communication, customer service, and understanding of the needs of international customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the level of service did not meet the professional standards I expected during such an important transaction.
