Extremely rude workers that are not willing to help their costumers. If I could give negative stars I would.

Wish if I can give less than one Star because the service was very bad. I felt like I did not pay money for this service, I don't know yet why I didn't receive my shipment yet. He told me that my country is not on the system so sorry I can't give you the parcel. He asked me about alot of documents and on the end sorry I can't help you.. your country is not in system how this is make me feel bad just quickly it's come on my mind how DHL they deal with this kind of shop or maybe how is DHL they have a poor system especially here in Sweden no one care because I tried DHL in different countries but what is here I can't even describe it.
