Great community, I am not a "cross-fitter" but just your avarage joe who likes exercise. Great trainers, amazing people, awesome vibe! For anyone, if you are a competitive cross-fitter/lifter or just want nice people to move with.

I’ve been training for the past two and a half months and it’s been amazing! Really fun. All coaches are supportive and very professional. Definitely my favorite class is OCR Strength. Tony is very cool.

Fungerar riktigt bra då jag är nybörjare och kan ej teknik, engagerade coacher och grymma pass!

I was in Stockholm and decided to take in session. Coach Hilton was ‘fantastic’ and the class of participants were friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a gym to attend, to make the effort to join a class there. It was soo good, I stayed for an extra class and returned a day or so later to attend another.
