Great trip & boat with confort, only issue might be the price but i was happy they did a Grinda - Sandhamm during the week.

Wir haben über get your eine Bootstour gebucht für den 04.07.26. Unser Kreuzfahrtschiff konnte leider witterungsbedingt an diesem Tag nicht in Stockholm anlegen. Da der Kapitän uns darüber erst am Nachmittag des Vortages informiert hatte war die Stornierungsfrist um 4 Stunden abgelaufen. Wir haben daraufhin sofort über die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse Kontakt mit dem Anbieter aufgenommen und um eine kulante Rückerstattung bzw.Teilerstattung gebeten. Leider wurde darauf überhaupt nicht reagiert und wir haben bis heute keine Antwort. Diesen Anbieter können wir nicht empfehlen

Der Preis für die Schifffahrt war viel zu hoch - zudem volkommen überfüllt. Bei der SL Waxholmbolaget sind die Preise um ein vielfaches billiger und keine überfüllten Schiffe. Stromma würde ich Niemanden empfehlen.

Deras säljare ljuger för att sälja båtbiljetter.
Jag gick från säljare till säljare av biljetter till båtturer som stod vid Gamla stan i Stockholm och sålde biljetter för att hitta en båt där vi även kunde äta lunch. De tre första sa ärligt att någon sådan båt har vi inte biljetter till idag. Den fjärde, alltså Strömmas, lovade dyrt och heligt att vi kunde köpa lunch på båten. Detta var en lögn. Vi var utan lunch fram till efter klockan 15 då båten kom åter i land. Katastrof speciellt för min fru som har speciella behov.
Почетком октобра крстарили смо стокхолмским архипелагом.
Тура траје два и по сата. Брод је био пун људи, сва места за седење (унутра и напољу) била су попуњена.
Капетан брода је био веома добар водич, објашњавао је све што смо видели током вожње.
Време је било углавном сунчано, а током друге половине вожње дувао је веома јак ветар.

Wir hatten vor ca. zwei Wochen eine Schiffstour durch die Schären von Stockholm gebucht, allerdings hatten wir keine Unterlagen für die Tour aus Deutschland mitgenommen. Ein Zugriff auf das E-Mail war leider auch nicht möglich. Der sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter von Stromma fand schnell unseren Zahlungseingang und schickte uns eine Bestätigung, sodass wir unsere Unterlagen komplett hatten. Leider konnte die Fahrt aufgrund eines Defekts des Schiffes nicht durchgeführt werden.
Trotz allem möchten wir uns nochmals für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe bedanken. 🙏

The ferry was completely overcrowded. From the start, a lot of people had to stand! On the two-hour journey to Grinda, more people were allowed on board several times, even though there was no space at all. I would never book again!!!
Massive rip off for Tourists. When I complained to crew, I got assaulted and thrown off the boat. 280€ per person to basically do the same thing you get for 30€ on the public ferry
