BRING HEADPHONES AND A BATTERY. If you’re using this service for transport only it’s fine. If you want to know more about where you are and what you’re passing by, pick the other red company. It sounds nice that the audio guide is through a qr code and technologically advanced… but this just means they don’t have to give disposable headphones anymore. They should warn you when buying tickets. The guide also didn’t work for several stops. When it did, you had to keep your screen on live mode and it tracked your location - all of which equal battery drain on your phone. I managed to get it to work on my iphone but my husband’s android just kept repeating the welcome message. The audio guide didn’t tell you very much AT ALL, so he also wasn’t missing out on anything. For that, one less star. I already knew and could spot highlights that were not explained with the guide. Otherwise as advertised - hop on hop off convenience through quite a large area. They also cancelled the hop on hop off boat so that wasn’t accessible for the day, and we had to book a boat tour instead.

Un desorden total. Hay varias compañías que usan el logo Hop-on Hop-off y tienen paradas en el mismo sitio. Pero no hay señales claras de cual es cual. Usan los mismo colores y los encargados del punto de recogida del Palacio Real tan solo te dicen que no es su barco. Que es otro. Y tú sin saber en que cola ponerte porque no hacen más que llegar y salir barcos de diferentes compañías. Hay multitud de compañias saliendo del mismo punto. Y multitid de expresiones: tour; sightseeing; hop-on, etc.... Comparten los colores rojo, verde y blanco. Un verdadero lío. Para ser un país nórdico me ha sorprendido la falta de información clara. Muy mala imagen de Suecia. En el sur somos mucho más serios y ordenados. Un desastre.

⭐️ 0 stars if I could. Very disappointing experience with Stromma in Copenhagen. We bought our hop-on hop-off tickets at the cruise port and were specifically told to take the Black Express bus from Stop #5 back to the port, with buses every 30 minutes. We arrived at Stop #5 at 12:45 PM and waited in the cold rain until 3:00 PM. Not one bus arrived. Many other cruise passengers were waiting with us. We became afraid of missing our ship and had to pay for an Uber to get back. We contacted Stromma afterward, but they did not answer our calls or provide any help or refund. For cruise passengers, this was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I would not recommend Stromma.

Bad ratings unfortunately deserved. Digital audio guide is a catastrophe. You can't really see anything as you keep reloading and trying to get it work. No app to see when next bus comes only web map which is hard to find. No info on flyer that boatd making lunch break. Only somewhere deep on the website - really upset me. Overall friendly personnel but let down by the organization. Will try Red next time.

I recently took a trip to Stockholm and I had never been to Stockholm so I didn’t really have an expectation. But I met Borys and Jacob because we inquired about the bus service. They both were very personable and made us real comfortable. They explained the routes and what we should expect on our tour. They even recommended their favorite stop and told us the directions we should take once we hopped off. We did exactly as they told us and we eventually got back to our first stop. We told them how overjoyed we were and that their recommendations were on point. If there was another bus route we probably would for sure taken it. Stromma has 2 quality employees and they were the best. I would be remissed if I did not mention the driver of the bus as well. His name was Kesfa. He maneuvered the bus well and he also was very personable because at the end of the route I had the opportunity to speak to him as well. (3 great employees). If I am ever in Stockholm I would most definitely take another bus tour. Thanks Borys, Jacob and Kesfa.
