The lockers themselves were straightforward to use for me with a UK mobile number. However, they are criminally expensive - I paid 299 SEK for just 4.5 hours. That's twice what I would expect to pay in other cities. Unfortunate that this seems to be the only option in Lund so they've got the monopoly.

If there was an option to put 0 stars, sadly I would. The lockers do not work with US phone numbers. There are no other lockers in Lund. I had to carry around my heavy backpack for the day.

Thank you Lund storage lockers for ruining a day of my vacation. My partner and I are from the US; we traveled from Copenhagen to spend the day in Lund before heading to Stockholm. The only way to rent a locker is to scan a QR code and then a text is supposed to be sent to your phone to open the locker. Apparently, there is an issue with texts not going through to US numbers. I spoke with three different customer service agents, and no one could help. The issue is not with our phones. We are able to get texts from Sweden, Norway, etc. Instead of seeing Lund, I have to spend the day at the train station because the luggage is too heavy to take around town. This is the worst company: they don’t offer alternatives or solutions for their technological issues.

Boxes work, but require phone number to send link for payment and as a tourist with turkish phone number I coludn't have opened them. I used my friend's german phone number to get the storage box open, then she sent me the link and I did payment online via google pay without any problem. Could've been easier if the whole operation was conducted via whatsapp or mail. Still it worked so 4 stars

Many reviews say these lockers are broken. That’s not exactly true. Their system does not work well with US phone numbers, so I was not able to get a locker at first. However, I called the support phone number (clearly printed on the lockers), and Sarah was able to open a locker for me in just a few minutes. I called back when I was ready to get my luggage, and Sarah opened the locker for me again. It wasn’t as simple as it should have been but it worked and their support team was very kind and helpful.
