Was in the unfortunate situation that when we arrived at STF Baskemölla (16:00 on a Friday) there was no one available at the reception. That in itself is no big issue, as the hostel stated that that might be the case. In a prior e-mail from the hostel, they said that we would receive check in instructions before arrival date, however we never received this. The big issue, however, was that the phone number of the hostel was unreachable. So we had to spend an hour or so trying to find alternative ways of contacting the establishment, but they were not available. Luckily we had booked through booking.com, so they were able to refund us and find us a place to sleep (booking.com also tried reaching them and weren’t successful).
