Ganska fin lokal, bra ljudsystem, trevlig personal, vissa av maskinerna känns något oergonomiska och vikterna känns ej som de stämmer överens med verkligheten särskilt bra. Inte så högt tryck särskilt ofta = går att träna nästan ensam I lugn och ro.

Basically, it is a very nice gym: clean, variety of machines, a boxing bag (!!!)... Most of the members don't posses a basic "gym culture" though, but that is not the reason for 1 star. The reason is that the annual membership a year ago was SEK 2800. Today, a really nice lady with two sweetest kids behind the counter shocked me with a new price, more than 250%: nearly SEK 7000. (I still sincerely hope there was some misunderstanding, but after my initial shock the lady confirmed). And this is for a "GOLDEN" membership. The only membership option they have. No more standard one or whatever was the one that I paid for last year. Why they call this one a "GOLDEN" one since there is no other "NON-GOLDEN" one, honestly, I didn't ask bcs I was (i) too sad, and as said (ii) suffering from great deal of a shock. Such a shame. For me. I don't like to change my gyms. But today the time has come that Step-In and me part our ways... Btw, another gym "360", 5 mins walking distance from there, has a "non-golden" membership for nearly SEK 2500 less money. And it is 3x bigger... Very sad. Sorry, my dear Step-In team, just way too expensive. :(

väldigt bra gym den vid anderstorp saknas bara en slagpåse för konditionsträning, jag upprepar hade varit väldigt bra med en slagpåse nästan alla andra billigare gym har en och det är en väldigt billig investering, släng in en stående också för entusiaster. Bra gym med bra temperatur å konditionering.

Last November, I found myself in an accident at the gym. While working out, I accidentally cut my finger and it started bleeding uncontrollably. I was losing consciousness, and I knew that I needed help immediately. Thankfully, fate had other plans. A guardian angel was watching over me that day, and her name is Julia Larsson. At that moment, it was only me and her. Without hesitation, Julia took my hand and comforted me, inspecting my wound as blood flowed out of it. I was terrified, on the brink of passing out. Yet, Julia remained calm and focused, talking to me, and keeping me alert. She quickly retrieved the first aid kit and applied the necessary treatment to my wound, assuring me that I was doing great in handling myself and reminding me to keep breathing. She acted quickly and efficiently, saving me from the brink of unconsciousness. After she had finished bandaging my wound, I was finally able to breathe normally. She even offered me a snack because she knew that I would likely be waiting in the hospital queue. I was immensely grateful to have her there by my side, caring for me with such grace and compassion. Months later, I still think about that day, and how lucky I was to have met Julia. I had a chance to meet her again at the gym, and I took the opportunity to express my gratitude in person. I asked for her name, wanting to make sure that other people know about her heroic deed. Julia Larsson is a true hero, and I believe that her bravery and quick-thinking should be recognized by the Step-In management. I hope this story inspires others to act with courage and selflessness in the face of adversity, just as Julia did for me.
