We visited the restaurant on 23 August. At around 21:37, we tried to place an order, but a staff member told us that they were no longer accepting orders because the restaurant was closing at 21:00. We explained that there were still approximately 23 minutes remaining before closing time, but the staff member responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. They said, “We are not getting paid extra to spend more time here. If you want to pay extra for my work, then I will do it.” We found this response extremely disrespectful and inappropriate, especially towards customers. We believe the situation could have been handled much more politely and professionally.
