I don't think I will come back again any time soon!😭 This bakery shop has been my favorite for many MANY years. During past few months, maybe a year or so, there has been a huge unfortunate development. Prices rising (we started to bake bread at home instead!), personell not performing (not paying attention to orders, percision, clean work place), environment restrictions (no computers allowed!). Today was the top of the bottom! There are now new RESTRICTIONS ~ the vast majority of the tables apply "NO COMPUTERS ALLOWED"! A few weeks ago I bought pralines which go into a metal present box. Obviously untrained personell touched the clean box all over with hands (gloves on) and the box got dirty all over. I had to clean it after the purchase. What happened to the old personell who said hello when I walked in, gave me right away my favorite loaf of bread? Human who understand customer needs and didn't push for more sales only. Now, I genuinely hate being offered over&over again meaningless SWEET stuff that I NEVER BUY anyway. I used to come regularly ~ Know Your Customer! You did very well before, but you don't anymore.😭 Who is responsible for these changes?! Restrictive methods to keep computer users off limits (hypothesis: near by high school students) is outrageous. Why shouldn't e.g. seniors be able to have a coffee and share screen to watch vacation photos of grandkids!? The computer restriction is nonsense! Wake up 2026!
