Best store ever. I had a massive problem and they sorted it out in 10 minutes. In Sweden this kind of service is so rare, being able to get the help I needed while they went out of their way. I’m really grateful, thank you again.

Whilst a beautifully designed product their customer service team appears to be non existent. My Cirrus 3 Iron Steamer (purchased through their website) has a faulty pipe with a broken connection in the water tank which means water is not able to be drawn up into the unit. Have waited over a month for a reply to my email, you receive an automated email requesting not to send follow up’s as this pushes your query to the bottom of the pile, with no phone number to call what am I expected to do with this expensive piece of kit that does not work?! For a wait time of over a month, one can only think their team is bombarded with complaints of faulty equipment…

Broken within a year, tried to refund it but ... the process was too long, basically you have to figure out the problem yourself before customer service reaches out. I do not recommend it, do not buy into the looks, the product itself is worthless.

Min Steamery Cirrus 3 slutade att fungera bokstavligt talat 4 dagar efter ett år och då garantin är på 1 år så fick jag endast användning för den under 1 år. Då känns priset inte värt det för mig tyvärr. Jättetråkigt då jag var otroligt nöjd med märket annars men känns som kvalitén kanske endast är skapt för garantitiden ? eller hade jag otroligt otur ? Den bara burrar och går inte igång nu och ingenting har hänt med den.

I have been waiting for a response regarding my lost fabric shaver parcel for the past five days. I have also not received any confirmation email acknowledging my request. This situation makes me question how customer service is organized within your company. Unfortunately, it does not appear as professional as the impression presented on your website.

Ik heb het toestel op voet/reservoir. Wat een teleurstelling! Gekocht om in mijn dressing te zetten maar door de non-stop stoomontwikkeling lijkt de kamer wel een Turks bad. In de badkamer dan met raam open. Kledij wordt nat, enige oefening is ook vereist. Resultaat, dunne stoffen redelijk. Katoen, slecht. Zonde van het geld. Had ook nog twee handtoestellen gekocht als kerstcadeau. Benieuwd of deze beter werken….

Looks good. Usability and quality are very terrible. I bought my steamer in December 2023. I used for about 6 months with disappointing results as my clothes didn't not feel ironed or crisp. The water tank is quite small and you have to keep filling it. I am normally very careful with my belongings so I followed the cleaning instructions but it started to leak some sort of yellow liquid, that stained some clothes. I thought it was limescale so I cleaned it. I stopped using so often and this week that yellow liquid was more coffee-like, which makes me suspect that it rusted. I should have contacted them a year ago, but at this stage I don't even want a new steamer or being associated with this brand in any way. I just want people to be aware of this before buying.

Regarding the water tank; it is quite difficult to make a lightweight handheld steamer without a smaller water tank, as a bigger would impact the weight and the storage ability. One tank should be enough for 1-3 garments depending on material, amount of creases and steam technique. We really appreciate the user feedback. When it comes to the residue you describe, it does sound like limescale build up to me, as those stains tend to be either light beige, like a sand color, or darker brown and sometimes a bit thick. Very sorry that this happened to your steamer. It is equipped with limescale traps inside and any potential build up and residue should get stick there. My experience with Cirrus 3 was not the best, on the one hand the device looks good and irons delicate fabrics like silk but on the other hand it does not replace a normal iron and every few minutes you have to fill it with water because the tank is small.
