Var bra när det var Kenzai, sedan köptes det upp och blev betydligt sämre. Ej betalande ungdomsgäng och barn går in som de vill och leker med utrustningen och skriker på varandra. Inga kontroller sker, så de kan släppa in varandra utan att vara oroliga. Maskiner har börjat gå sönder men trots att de informerats så görs det inget åt det. Om de börjar med kontroller och kastar ut obehöriga och börjar underhålla maskinerna så ändrar jag mitt betyg.

Dåligt. Folk har med sig barn som springer runt, är högljudda och använder redskapen. Har påtalat detta många gånger för ledningen - utan åtgärder. Inga följdfrågor eller skyltar. Avslutar medlemskap och rekommenderar verkligen inte detta usla gym.

Has most of the machines but is very small. It’s like a home gym but if there’s ever more than 3 people at a time it feels very crowded

The gym is okay, but the windows are always dirty. Please clean the windows! I will change the review if action is taken.

Edit: the person mentioned below (short, afrikken man with a black bag with a red logo and lifting belt) is actively harassing women whenever they are in the gym and he’s there. Please be careful around him if you’re a woman and STC security should get involved with the cameras as it is not an isolated incident!!! This gym is consistently overcrowded, especially during peak hours, and feels unclean due to the frequent lack of available cleaning supplies. One regular older man with a hoodie often takes over multiple machines at once, loudly grunting and shouting after each rep, people just chill like it’s their homes not doing anything just taking up space, and even worse there’s a short ‘big’ bald afriken man with a lifting belt that harasses women in the afternoon around 4-6pm.

Like many others I come here because it is very close to where I live. I want to workout at a place that is close to home so that the workout doesn’t take up too much time or feels ”hard to get to”. I would say that’s the best part of this gym. The hours are 05:00-23:00 every day of the year, which is appreciated. They could have 24/7 access though since you get in with your card or phone app. It would be really great if they introduced 24 hour access. More often than not you’ll find the spray bottles empty or non-functioning, and there won’t be any paper to wipe down the machines with. Between November and January they only had one working spray bottle that was always empty, so I used to fill it up with soap and water from the bathroom, basically doing the work for the cleaners. The majority of the members aren’t cleaning the equipment or machines before or after use, leaving everything nasty with sweat and fat stains from their bodies. A lot of members bring their children to the gym while they work out. The kids are annoying as hell and will often use the machines and equipment so that paying members can’t use it. You’ll sometimes find a child sitting on a machine with headphones and a phone or iPad watching some stupid show and making sure paying members can’t use the machines. This is one of the most frustrating things about this gym because despite reporting the issue numerous times it never gets fixed. There’s a creepy old man trying to sell personal trainer packages to you, promising to get you in shape in 6 months. He seems to make money off many of the members here. Don’t come right after work because it is so crowded that you can’t use any machine or equipment, so come earlier in the day or late in the evening to avoid people. People leave their shoes here for months. You can be alone in the gym, but there are 50 pairs of shoes in the shoe racks. You also have the typical gym bros who have to slam weights and scream to their friends across the entire gym. And of course the typical dude who’s in an important business call for an entire hour talking loud as hell. Yeap that pretty much sums up this place. If it wasn’t for the friskvårdsbidrag paying for the entire fee and the close proximity to my home, then I would definitely chose a different place to work out.

This cozy local gym may be small, but it has everything you need for a solid workout. The entrance is accessed via NFC using your membership card or phone, and since there's no staff inside, it's usually empty so it's perfect for those who prefer a quiet, uninterrupted session. Despite its size, the gym is well equipped for all kinds of workouts. Definitely a great spot if you like a no-frills, hassle-free gym experience!
