I have recently resumed my membership at this facility following a five-year hiatus. I originally stepped away during the height of the pandemic's zeitgeist, as the spatial limitations at that time made it difficult to maintain a workout environment that felt sufficiently secure. Any how now I am reminded of the gym's unique advantages. Its proximity to my place of work remains unparalleled, offering a seamless transition between my professional and personal life. Furthermore it is a rare pleasure to train in an environment filled with familiar respectful faces rather than the anonymity found in larger franchises. Even during peak hours, the operational flow is impressive—I have yet to experience a queue for a machine, which is a significant mark of a well-managed floor. Constructive Feedback for Management: However, for the facility to maintain a premium standard, a refresh is becoming increasingly necessary. While the gym is consistently clean, the interior aesthetics and furniture are beginning to show their age, specifically the private changing rooms require attention. These quarters are a vital part of the member experience, and the current fixtures feel outdated. A modern overhaul of the furniture and lighting in these private spaces would significantly elevate the post-workout experience and align the facilities with the high caliber of the community it serves. This gym is anyhow a good choice for those who value location and a sophisticated community. With a targeted investment in the changing facilities, this would easily gain a five-star rating.

Helt ok. Liksom mysigt och Södermalmsrufft. Få men bra maskiner.

Pretty good facility with clean showers. My only criticism is that if you leave your shampoo or shower gel there by accident, expect people to steal it rather than leaving it in the lost and found.
