This is rhe worst clinic ever! Super unprofessional doctors (I don't know how they even become a doctor) It was 2023 August, I got some skin infection on my leg and I went there. At first I got some special skin cream to apply, and nothing happened. A Month later I went again and they gave me more strong cream. Nothing again. One more month, I went there again, and this time two doctors checked me and said "we have never seen this before" and did a Pinch Biopsy Testing. Which means they just cut a part of the wound to sample it for testing. Then told me to go home with no medication or anything. Next day, the infection spread so much. As they cut it from the middle it started to spread so fast. I called them, and they said to wait for results, and they can not do anything. Then when the results came after two weeks, I contacted them again, and asked if now they know what it is, they said that the test clinic could not detect what it is and send the sample to UMEA hospital for further testing. Two more weeks of waiting!!! Then finally when the results came I went to the clinic again (this time with my partner who is Swedish) and he asked if I can get a Remiss to see a proper dermatologist in Sundsvall hospital. I remember asking this myself before and they never gave me. But when my partner said, they immediately gave me. Then, after two weeks of more waiting, I finally saw a dermatologist in Sundsvall Hospital. She was a proper doctor, she just looked at my infection for one minute and said: "this is just a normal fungal infection, I don't know why they did all these tests for you and waited so long". I asked what is the test result, she said, the infection was bit deeper in the skin and thats why cream did not worked and I needed Terbinafin tablates. She also said that for almost all types of fungal infection Terbinafin is almost the only one doctors recommend here. I got Terbinafin from her and in 10 days everything was gone and I was fine. Though I got a permanent scar on my leg as the stupid "doctors" in st. Olof cut it out at the first place. This proved how bad and unprofessional their doctors are!! Especially when it is Terbinafin that is kind of an universal treatment for fungal infection and they could not think about it to be prescribed in early stage? Were they experimenting their unprofessionalizm on me?

Min fru har väntat i 2 månader för att få en tid, och har ännu inte fått någon. Första besöket fick hon tid snabbt, och fick träffa en jätte bra och trevlig läkare, men nu vet jag inte.

Fräscha lokaler och bra bedömningsmottagning. Men där sätter man berömmet i halsen. Otrevliga svar eller inga svar alls på 1177. Ringer man och vill ha en konkret dialog hänvisas man till vårdcentralens ansvariga "chef" som inte kan fejsa en dialog utan skickar blanketter och stoppar huvudet i sanden. Kan inte rekommendera denna "vårdcentral" mer än möjligen på ett snabbesök för blodtryckstagning.

Det är väldigt lång väntetid alltså några månader väntetid kan jag säga. Ingen läkare som bryr sig alls. Trotts att min fru har alla diagnoser men ändå har vi inte fått svar på flera månader. Min fru har besvär med magsäck och huvudvärk, vi har åkt till akut där gör de inget häller utan säger de att man ska vända sig till det vårdcentral man tillhör till,?kommer man till vårdcentralen säger läkaren om att ta Alvedon och Ipren i 4 veckor och sen försvinner de några månader igen. Det är hemskt sjukvård här ska jag säga.
