I am afraid I can’t join in with other reviewers. The choice of equipment for those experienced in work outs and personal training is quite limited. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. On observation, the personal trainers don’t share that attitude. Abrasiveness trumps kindness. The facilities are clean and worn. In conclusion, SPR needs to reinvigorate its offering and service. I would also recommend putting summer closures and changes in opening times on Google Maps and the website.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at SPR City didn’t meet your expectations. We take your comments regarding both the overall experience and the interaction with our personal trainers seriously and will follow this up internally. You’re also absolutely right that temporary summer opening hours and closures should be clearly communicated and kept up to date across Google and our website. We appreciate you pointing this out. Thank you again for the constructive feedback. We’re always looking for ways to improve both our facilities and the experience we provide. All the best, SPR Athlete Factory

I’ve been training here regularly for the past two years, and I’ve always felt welcome and supported. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely caring about helping you improve. The members create a friendly, positive atmosphere that makes every session enjoyable. I’m grateful for all the encouragement, guidance, and energy I’ve received here, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train BJJ.
