Är man frälst i skivstångs träning är detta ett av de bästa i H-stad, Nordic och actic har bara en enskild bänk, 1 enskild lyftarplatform. På detta stället finns 2 knäböjsburar, 2 lyftarplatformar, 1 enskild bänkpress, 1 smithmaskin. Sen finns även extra bänkar för alla som bara vill bänka på luftplatformarna. Och det finns bra/okej mängd av viktorskivor och skrot att lyfta .Och de har ett deadlift jacked för alla starka marklyftsgossar som inte vill bryta ryggen när de ska klova på vikten. Asså wow så bra bästaste 🙈

Some staff could benefit from better training in communicating rules and advising gym members. They may be very good in sports and training, but customer service skills are lacking. First, I was told that I cannot use outdoor shoes at the gym. Ok... my mistake for not reading the rules before: "Använd ej ytterskor i gymmet, endast skor för inomhusbruk." Since I became a member, I have **always** entered directly from the street parking to the main door and then to the machines room because I come dressed from home in my gym clothes (which include sports shoes). When we first visited the gym before becoming members, we were allowed to enter and see the premises. The person at the desk did not tell us to remove our "street shoes". The gym is full of people with sport shoes. Do you believe that they use them only to go to the gym and they do not use them outdoors? Do you really check them all to see that they do not come from the parking outdoors directly to the gym with the same shoes? (I have seen many doing so) I could accept the rude way I was told that I couldn't enter with outdoor shoes, but then the lady added: "and you must also check in". WHAT? Did you really verify that before assuming that I hadn't? In running a business, assuming that a customer has sneaked in without paying is one of the most unfriendly and unprofessional assumptions that I can think of. It’s even more serious considering that an app must be used at the entrance, so there is a record of my entrance just a few minutes before. In light of these experiences, I urge the management to provide staff with better training in customer service and communication and ensure that all staff members are on the same page when it comes to enforcing rules and interacting with gym members.

The booking system is very bad , I booked the court in the help desk by going to the employee there for a slot in the afternoon .and we go there we could not get the equipment to set up the nets since nobody was there in the counter .he should have had the basic courtesy to say at that time nobody will be there during to help you during the booking out or other ways to get in or he should be there to help us since he knows we would come at that time.it is always difficult with the system needs some reforms,the receptionists always have we don’t care attitude .would be nice if they were more facilitating .never booking again
