This company completed a construction job near my home and removed my bike as well as my wife’s without permission or any notification to residents or the förening. We use our bikes daily and spent so much money on SL passes and 7+ weeks searching for our bikes. We were notified by Trafikkontoret that it was Spectra Sverige AB who took our bikes without permission. It was clear that they had no intention to return the bikes and we requested that they do so they seemed to have an attitude. When they finally returned the bikes 6 weeks after the construction was completed, my wife’s bike was damaged (completely missing the handle bar) and my bike lock was missing. Spectra Sverige AB lied and tried to gaslight us by saying that the bikes in that terrible condition when they took it. We told Spectra Sverige AB that this is 100% untrue and asked if they could fix it and they decided to completely ignore us. The workers at Sverige Spectra AB are very dishonest and manipulative, especially Marcus Englund. He is unkind and not to be trusted in any capacity.

Spectra Sverige AB recently carried out construction work near my home without any prior notice to the residents or our housing association (förening). No signage or communication was provided to inform us that construction would take place or that resident bicycles would be removed—an action I strongly suspect is not only unethical but also illegal. After two months of contacting Stockholms stadsbyggnadskontor, Trafikkontoret, and speaking with multiple neighbors, my husband and I finally discovered that it was Spectra Sverige AB who had taken our bikes. The company showed no urgency or accountability in returning them. In fact, they initially suggested that we should retrieve the bikes ourselves. When they did eventually return the bicycles, mine was damaged and my husband’s bike lock was missing. I reported this immediately and asked that the issue be resolved. Spectra Sverige AB never responded. I am now pursuing every possible channel to escalate this matter to ensure no other residents experience what we did. This company acted with complete disregard for residents’ property and legal rights. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate, immature and—in my view—bordering on theft. It’s clear that this is not an isolated incident—Spectra Sverige AB appears to routinely operate this way. Had I not taken it upon myself to track down our bikes, I’m convinced they would never have been returned. Our bikes were not the only ones taken; several of our neighbors’ bikes were also removed. Despite informing Spectra Sverige AB about this, they have still not returned the other bikes to this day.
