Hotel rooms are old, not updated, and heat and lights broken and not even a single bottle of water in the rooms for the guests. Some of the saunas with woods that should be replaced. Staff that perform the massage actually has no clue of the purpose of a specific massage when you ask them, they’re not educated in the field. Lowest standard I’ve seen in Europe with prices of a 5 star hotel.
