Extremely misleading and a terrible user experience. I purchased Sonetel mainly because they market their numbers as working with WhatsApp. In my experience, the number did NOT work with WhatsApp at all. That was the main reason I tried their service, so this felt extremely misleading. If you are advertising WhatsApp compatibility, customers should be able to actually use the number with WhatsApp, Instead, I wasted my time setting everything up only to discover that it did not work for what I needed. The overall user experience is also horrible. The platform feels confusing, the setup process is frustrating, and important features and limitations are not communicated clearly enough. I honestly regret choosing Sonetel. The whole experience left me feeling like I paid for something very different from what was advertised. If you need a business number specifically for WhatsApp, I strongly recommend doing your research before paying for Sonetel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service at all.
