I do not recommend SolVindWatt
SolVindWatt installed a GoodWe ESA battery system at my property in July 2026. Since installation, I have experienced unusual noises from the inverter and battery system, and one of the four battery modules has now failed completely.
I have repeatedly tried to contact SolVindWatt by phone, text message and email, but I have received no response.
I also personally visited the company's officially listed address, only to find that SolVindWatt does not appear to have an office there. The telephone number and email address led me to an outsourced company which, after I contacted them, was unwilling to provide SolVindWatt's direct contact details. As a result, it has been impossible to reach the company responsible for my installation.
Strangely enough, public company records show that SolVindWatt's associated company, Svenska Trygghetslösningar AB, shares the same managing director and registered address. Despite contacting the associated company, I have still been unable to get in touch with the person responsible.
This is a significant financial investment, and I expected professional service, accountability and proper after-sales support. Instead, I have been left to deal with these technical problems alone.
Due to the lack of response, I have sent a final notice and am preparing to take the matter to ARN (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes).
My contract explicitly includes a 10-year installation warranty, yet the company has not responded to my attempts to get help.

Efter köp går leverantören inte att få tag i, ingen återkoppling trots försök med flera olika medier
vid kontakt med säljare kände jag ett stort förtroende, men så fort fakturan var betald så blev jag blockad på telefonen, jag sökte andra i företaget tom VD:n men ingen har återkommit på en dryg månad. När jag talar med andra i branschen påstår dom att mina batterier som jag köpte för c:a ett år sedan har utgått och jag har fått förslaget att försöka sälja batterierna på blocket och välja ett annat märke. Jag hoppas fortfarande på en kontakt så att jag kan komma vidare så att jag kan komplettera mina batterier
Bra installation på Solpanelerna & Batteriet sedan mycket snabb och snygg installation på Batterierna som beställdes efteråt. de höll utlovad tid och gav en bra genomgång efter installationen om app, och hur anläggningen fungerar.
God rådgivning. Kunnig personal. Smidig och snygg installation med trevliga produkter. Lätta att få kontakt med (till skillnad från andra leverantörer) efter köp och installation. Rekommenderar varmt!
