Locale carino per una serata fuori tra amici, la cucina è buona ma per i miei gusti troppo pasticciata, a volte i piatti sono arricchiti più del dovuto.

This turned out to be a good find on Google Maps, thank you! We went early around 5pm and was seated right away. Was surprised to see there were at least another 2 tables occupied. For starters, we had the cavier and vendace roe which was new to us. It looks like ebiko but the taste is less salty. It was served with sourdough toast and other condiments. Sooo… delicious! But just note that the portion is quite big unlike the cavier which was just bite-sized and also equally delicious. Having read this place served one the best versions of Swedish meatballs, we decided to have that as a main. To round up the meal, we decided on 2 other starters, the lobster bisque and steak tartare. To be honest, we probably over ordered. So our clean plates were a testament to how much we loved the food! To top it off, Suzanne’s service was attentive and friendly. She kindly offered us a list of her favorite dining places when we told her it’s our first time in Sweden and how the food so far had exceeded our expectations. The only letdown was the wine. We ordered a champagne, a Chablis and Nebbiolo (which we switched from our original choice after a taste). Nothing memorable to say the least but to dock a full star from this review would be unfair. A solid 4.5

Best Köttbular in Götheborg! The Food was excellent and the service was welcoming and fast. Must visit!

We both had the small taster menu that included a full size portion of meatballs. It’s was really amazing. The staff were fantastic. Highly recommend.

I love the delicious meatballs so much that I traveled from New York just to experience it again. after exactly 3 years I was finally able to come back . I must say , it still delivered but I was a little disappointed in the slight drop in quantity and quality . It’s visible even in the photos. With inflation I guess an increase in price is expected but i immediately knew it was less food. I also would say the service dropped slightly but then again it was only one waitress who sat me that was a bit unfriendly but the next woman was excellent and made up for it ☺️. Even with the slight changes I don’t regret my quick stop here on my European tour and I wouldn’t mind coming again if I’m in Europe . You can compare the photos and even notice

Appen hittade hit och räknade kalorier från fotot på min dessert. Den lilla portionen crème brûlée med sorbet passade bra för mina kvarvarande kalorier idag. Efterrätten var god. Lokalen är trevlig och stämningen är lugn.
